VISION
BAMLA builds leadership skills for youth and young adults between the ages of 12-21 via after school tutoring programs, weekend workshops, and community care initiatives. BAMLA seeks to create academic and professional pipelines with the help of volunteer mentors who help facilitate the success of each young person according to individual needs and strengths. We cultivate strategic partnerships with existing organizations through shared missions to uplift and strengthen local communities.
